Tires 6/28/2013

Service department is good but very disappointed with the product. My daughter and myself both own Jeep's and consistently have had flat tires due to rim issues. The service department states Jeep's have cheap rims so there is never an adequate seal and each time the rim's need to be filed to tightly seal the tire to the rim but it continues to leak. Will not purchase a Jeep again unless this problem can be rectified. more

Everyone very helpful and courteous - no pressure. This was our second vehicle purchase with Jack Loft. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable salesman. The service staff have also been very efficient in taking care of our previous vehicle. more

Great Salesman Service 6/26/2013

I did all my dealings over the internet, right up until two days before the purchase. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn and my salesman was Blaine Gallson. He answered and responded to my questions in a very timely manner. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer. more

The worst thing about a sales experience is a "pushy salesman". This certainly DID NOT happen at Towne. Mr. Swartz and Mr. Campbell were very courteous and professional. By far the best experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle. Thank you for a job well done. more

I got to the dealership 15 minutes early and they started on my Ram right away. It was only an oil change but They gave me a coupon discount even after I couldn;t find one available. I like my Ram and my dealer. more
