Not a quick oil change 10/9/2013

I had the tires rotated, oil change, and state inspection, it took about an hour. Seemed a bit long to me but no complaints other than that more

She is totally afraid to drive it again it's a lease and we are going to turn it in she will not drive it again more

I was a little disappointed. I scheduled an appt. two weeks ago for last wed 31st and when I got there the young man said it wasn't in the book? So I rescheduled for this past Wed. 4th. Other than that I love Towne. more

Great Salespeople, horrible service department 9/5/2013

I purchased my car brand new 2 years ago. I have almost 30k mi on it and have already gone through 2 sets of brakes. I only drive the thruway so, it's not because I'm stopping and going. I took my car in for service recently and again was told I need brakes and Roters and some random additional tune ups... The price of $600 and the fact this would be my 3rd set of brakes in 30k mi does not sit right. I refused the service!!! However, the sales team there is great!! My salesman Mike C. Is amazing!! He didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford or didn't really want!!! He's great and I recommend him to all my friends and family!! more
