My wife was almost killed twice because of total falilure of the steering system loosing all control of the car in traffic over the skyway they said it was fixed and it's back at ...

Recall service 11/20/2013

I was greeted and received very timely upon arrival, with no waiting. The service work was done in the same time-frame that was reported to me previously. The service department reviewed my quick-check list and found middle brake bulb out and quoted a reasonable cost to replace-which I had done. Overall, the service experience was very pleasant. more

Great service. 11/20/2013

I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation on my 2013 dodge dart. The man that took care of me, I think his name began with an r, rob or Rick noticed my fuel tank door did not close completely flush all the way. I never even noticed this. I was so glad he caught this. He ordered me a new one at no charge and I am having it installed on nov. 23. That is what I call service. This was my first service visit to your store. What a great experience ! more

My salesman Pat Murphy assisted me through the process, finding a Jeep Patriot that met my needs for just the right amount of options to fit my budget without a lot of added cost. We discussed what I really wanted in my new car, how much I wanted to spend and even the perfect color. He made it happen and in a relatively short time. more

Dave Loft worked tirelessly to make the purchase easy....I wish I would have gotten to meet the GM as I did with my last two new car purchases at West Herr Chevrolet of Hamburg and West Herr Chrysler, Dodge jeep of OP...it's a nice gesture and I gave them a chance to sell me this time because of it. Chris in service solved my aftermarket wheel problem. more

Towne does it again! 10/11/2013

Another great buying experience from a Towne dealership. We have previously purchased vehicles from Towne Ford with a great experience. When we were looking at buying a Chrysler we called Sean Downing from Towne Ford who we've purchased from in the past. Sean assisted us with our purchase from Towne Chrysler and it was another hassle free experience. Thank You Towne and Sean! more
