Tony Roma's Restaurant

Tony Roma's has quickly become my favorite ribs restaurant! The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are attentive and knowledgeable and the food is finger lickin' good! My favorite is the half rack of ribs with honey barbecue sauce. My husband always gets the chicken and ribs combo which he always enjoys. It's good food for a decent price and they often have coupons in the newspaper. more

The food...mediocre. The price...mediocre. The customer service...absolutely horrible! I won't go into too many details, but the management they have working at the Tony Roma's near Northgate Mall have 0 experience with customer service. I got an order-to-go on and they completely messed it up. I called and asked them to deliver the RIGHT order (I live across the street practically), and the hostess/server I spoke to obliged. A manager called me back 10 minutes later and told me that they could not fulfill my request, and said: "tough luck, better luck next time". I went back to the restaurant for the correct order, and it took 20 minutes to make! To add, the manager who was on-shift was probably 16... Will NEVER eat from a Tony Roma's EVER, and I highly discourage anyone else! There are so many better alternatives in the area that eating here is not worthwhile! more

The first time I tried Tony Roma's, the ribs were very dry and disappointing. A few years later I decided to give the place a second chance and had a good experience. Since then I've been to Tony Roma's dozens of times and have consistently been served moist and delicious ribs. I recommend the Carolina Honeys; they're the tastiest ribs on the menu. I've had steak here several times and it has always been very tender and flavorful. They once had the best coleslaw in Seattle, but they changed their coleslaw recipe and now it is just average. If you don't want to drive up north for ribs, or you want genuine smoked ribs (not just smoky-flavored), try Longhorn Barbeque's Outpost in Pioneer Square. more

Looking for juicy and delicious ribs? Tony Romas has it all. They specialize in their unique and award winning sauces that will have you licking your fingers. My favorite sauce is their honey carolina. They also serve salads, good steak, sandwiches, and a variety of drinks. If you like their sauces a lot, they sell it then and there. You can take a bottle home with you to cook some ribs with it. more
