Good Ice Cream but Nothing Fancy 7/30/2002

I have been to many Baskin Robins until I was introduced to Cold Stone Creamery. The Ice cream at Baskin Robin is too sweet for me, and it tastes more like butter fat rather than ice cream. Moreover, I have yet to come accross any Baskin Robin store with great customer service. Every place I been to, same flat faced employees... Cold Stone Creamery at Capitol Expressway in San Jose has the ultimate staff. I love the way I am greeted there. more
