Found this place in the heart of Hyde Park and it's been around much longer than the current 'fad' yoga/Pilates places. One level above a restaurant (yes you can smell the bacon as you hold your downward dog), 3 Pillars offers a wide array of yoga and Pilates classes 7 days a week, including a free yoga class on Sundays. A serene atmosphere and very friendly, knowledgeable staff make this a good morning or evening retreat to relax. Rooms aren't that big but they do provide mats.
