i have had more compliments about my hair, both color and cut, in the last 6 months than i have ever had! carmella is great with hair. she knows the right style and cut for your face. i would recommend her to anyone! do yourself a favor and book an appt. more

Had hair extensions by Trish and I am thrilled. This makes me feel beautiful and confident. I look marvelous! I was going to go chin length but seeing the drastic change of below my shoulder I wanted the length. There were many colors to choose from. I might add that the hair is real. For what I got the price was great. I never had a problem parking however, I didn't go on Saturday either. Pros: Great atmosphere, Love Bumble & Bumble, Darling Clothes more

Best Place in Houston for Pedicures! 10/6/2005

This is the absolute best pedicure in Houston, and I've tried most of the ""top spas"" in town. The atmosphere is great, massage chairs are wonderful, all tools are completely sterlized, you select your own salt/lotion fragrances, and the staff are well trained and very attentive. Terrible Pedicure 9/28/2005

Had a pedicure here last Wednesday... this is what I get for going to a spa... I have had better quality pedicures for HALF the price I paid for this one. The staff should learn to let their employees WORK instead of constantly chatting while clients are trying to be serviced. Pros: clean Cons: price, distracted employees more

I have been to many different salons trying to find a great overall stylist and finally I found Trish at The Upper Hand. I love the atmosphere at The Upper Hand and the staff is always extremely friendly. Trish has done both my color and my hair styles and she always out does herself. She is also energetic and is a great conversationalist. Every time Trish does my hair I get compliments and inquiries as to who my stylist is. I would highly recommend you try Trish out....you will not regret it. I am so excited to finally have found someone who does an amazing job with my hair and is entertaining as well. Pros: Great atmosphere, Always satisfied, Worth every penny more

Trendy Stylist 4/26/2005

I recently had a hair disaster and on top of that after leaving the salon I already had about a 1/4"" of roots. My friend was referred to Trish and she highly recommened her. Not only did Trish fix my highlights and gave me a trendy but versitle hair style. Her personality is great; she will go very far in her industry. Just wait until you meet her and see the most beautiful salon in River Oaks. (awesome energy) Pros: High Energy, Friendly Staff, Beautiful Salon Cons: Expensive, , BUT..Great Results more
