This is a waste of money. They were more concerned about collecting money through additional fees than providing any real value. They schedule walk throughs and give you less than 24 hours notice for the appointment. There is no flexibility with what you may already have scheduled. And if you can't make the appointment they threaten you with defaulting on the contract so that they do not have to provide the promised leads you already paid the 8k for. All I can say is buyer beware, don't get sucked in. A couple of them (Sue Bowers) are extermely nice and supportive but its just a crappy business taking peoples money. more

They are very friendly, yet still very professional, everyone there is very easy to talk to. You will not feel blown off, the environment is great, very comfortable. This has been a great opportunity, and I'll be here for the long haul! more

There isn't anyone else out there that will give you this kind of business volume for this price. I've checked, and The Janitorial Agency is the best out there. The best part is, these contracts are yours, no royalties. You get direct contact with a consultant through your training, and you can work at your own pace. Great company, looking forward to continuing this relationship! more

Highly Recommend! 5/30/2012

I would recommend this company to anybody, whether you are just starting out with a cleaning businessor even if you already have experience. They can help retrain you, and show you what it takes to run a successful janitorial company. I don't know where I would be or where my cleaning business would be if it wasn't for The Janitorial Agency. Highly reccomend to anyone. more

Easy to work with 5/29/2012

Sue and Denise are very easy to talk to. They are like family to me, any time I needed Sue's help with something, had a question, or was nervous about something I could call her. And Denise and very smart, she know what she is talking about and is always able to give me great advice every time I speak to her. I don't want to work with any other company. If you do your work and stick with their program, you will see success just like I have. more

Margin for Success 4/6/2012

Working with human beings is usually a struggle, there are always difficulties. Everything was great while I was working with The Janitorial Agency. Logan was able to answer any questions or issues that came up, and we continue to do better and better. I think there is a large margin for success, and I think that will happen. more

Great Training 4/2/2012

Logan and Denise answered a lot of questions for me, and gave me great tips on networking in my area which is essential for business. Everything was good, everyone was very helpful. There were a few things I didn't understand about specific things, and I got them all answered. I feel much better now going into the next step of getting my business started. I have a good team with TJA, most other companies are Mom and Pop companies with no real training. I'm starting out now as a real business with a good foundation. I'm liking the way I'm seeing everything coming together and growing. more

It's a great group of people here. They're very friendly, very professional, and working with Joe in the beginning really pushed me to make my decision that this is a company that you want to be associated with. My lead consultant was Sue, and she is wonderful. Her training was great, she was very knowledgeable, very helpful, she will go above and beyond for you. I can tell these people enjoy what they do, and they have a passion for seeing my business grow. I am glad I decided to pursue this field, and I am honored that I had the chance to work with The Janitorial Agency. Good Experience 3/14/2012

I had been in the cleaning business for a long time, but when it came time for me to start my own company I didn't know where to start. I had no experience running a business, so I did some searching and I found TJA. I did my training and everything was great. I think with the walk-through's I will have an advantage, gaining clients that way. Everything was great. more

Love This Company 3/8/2012

I love this company. After I did my research and I saw the standards and that they really desire for you to get into the janitorial business, I went through the whole program with them and it really works. My thinking before I started this was that I just needed to get out there and start doing some janitorial work. But after I got the training I realized it's a different ball game I'm playing here. I have learned so much with this program, I'm ready to get out there and hit the road. more

Professional Training 3/6/2012

I was very impressed with the people that work here. There are a lot more working there than I than I originally thought, and I was very impressed with how they presented themselves. They were very accommodating to our previous knowledge of the industry, even though we still had a lot to learn. I have looked at franchises and compared to them, everything here was very reasonable. Everything here was great! I have learned a lot from this company. more

Eager to Start 2/22/2012

Since the janitorial industry is recession-proof, my wife and I were eager to get started. TJA gave us some great training, and made us a competative company. Sue was always there for us, her training was very thorough, and she encouraged us a lot. We are able to start up our own company, and have confidence and encouragement thanks to our training here. more

TJA helped me, despite my business being 3 years old 2/13/2012

Despite having an MBA and being in business for three years before I started my training, there were still things that I had overlooked. My consultant at The Janitorial Agency was very helpful and professional, he helped me become a more well-rounded company. The walkthrough training was very helpful also. I'm glad I learned what I did with them, my business is much better off because of it. more

Gaining References 2/6/2012

The best thing about working with The Janitorial Agency is you're gaining references. You have this company to back up when you are going to find contracts. I talked to all the people there, they are very encouraging. They push me to keep going, and they encouraged me to get to where I am now. more

Quick Training 1/30/2012

I actually studied to be an electrician, and I did some custodial work on the side while I went through school. With that experience, I feel like I have a lot of experience in the janitorial industry. I decided to switch because I would rather have my own company and be public, than work for a private employer and risk getting layed off. The Janitorial Agency got me through training very fast, I appreciate that a lot. more

I've been in business for myself for over 30 years, and having a reputable company to go into prospects and tell them about me is a huge advantage for my business. I stopped in at TJA's main office to finish my training, and everyone was very helpful. It was my first visit to the United States, and I liked it a lot there. Success so far 11/23/2011

I have to be honest here, I was very skeptical at first. Everything I saw about The Janitorial Agency was online, my first interactions were on the internet so I had to wonder. But my impression changed after I talked to someone from TJA. I was very impressed with everyone I’ve talked to, we are excited about the progress we’ve seen so far. I think the biggest thing we’ve learned from the people there is how to make that good impression. While we talked with Logan we learned to be professional, positive, and consistent. Those are things he stressed to us, but they are also things he displayed as well. He kept telling us that if we follow instructions, we will see success. And we have seen that so far. more
