this company is real scamers i dont anderstand how they're still open for business i called BBB there is 37 complain about them for not providing people with contract they should be shut down realy this is joke good thing i didnt sign with them i contacted them to get information they said evrything they had to and i said i well think about it and let you know from that day two days latter keep calling me they change they're names when they call you same voice deferent names lol this is joke dont go with them that is it save the headech more

hi all plaese dont sign with the janitorial agency they scammers they dont provid you with contract i lost $6500 wich theyr not going to give me back its been two years they didnt give me any business volume dont wast your money. more

Friends don't believe them what they say I made mistake believing them I paid $6500 us hoping to get contract in six month I finished all my training got my certificat this September is going to be two years spending my money did what they said they didn't get me contract this is advised to everyone don't make mistake like I did they promising you to give you refund after six month if they don't get you contract I asked them they were fighting with me on the phone saying they well not give me a peny I borough that money hoping to get contract but they eat the money they don't care Please don't go with them . more

I've had great results with The Janitorial Agency. They're program is straight-forward and the results are real. My cleaning company now not only has training, a website, logo, and certification, but we now have business that we never would have had without TJA. They are a legitimate company and have been great to work with.... more

MI Attorney General Shut Them Down! 2/21/2011

Please DO NOT invested your money with this company. Read the contract....very one-sided. They are clearly very versed on talking you into signing on the dotted line but they will not deliver. They plan on taking your money, and not providing ALL of the services they promise to give. It is the most crooked and shady business I've ever seen! more

I've enjoyed working with The Janitorial Agency. Their staff is always helpful and available for me to find a time to speak with them. Of course they've helped me get contracts too, so I am happy. more
