My experience with the Janitorial Agency has been very hopeful and very encouraging. They gave me a lot of confidence that I could do this, and everyone I talked to there was very, very encouraging. What I saw after I met with them and talked with the people there, was that they are a bonafide, genuine company. They are concerned all the way with getting companies like myself off the ground. With the tools they have provided and the help they have given, I am pretty much in business. And I am very happy about that. more

BEWARE!!!!! 10/20/2011

Buyer beware is all I can say. They were very nice and helpful at first and once they received my money, it was like Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde. They are always missing scheduled appointments and are always providing various excuses. It almost seems like this is a store-front that goes directly to everyone's cell phone or something. I call various numbers that they have provided and they can not even transfer me to another number. (Sounds fishy!!) The only time you truly hear from them is if a payment fails to go through, you will get tons of attention then. AGAIN BEWARE, I think there has got to be a better way. more

Professional Advantage 10/13/2011

We started in the janitorial services last July, 2010. I had done some training and received some certification in hard-surface and carpet cleaning, but they didn’t teach us the way the janitorial services actually worked! We were certified to clean, but still didn’t really know how to get started with clients. They never showed us anything like the walk-through, that lets you get experience with customers. These other agencies just gave us a contract, said “This is yours,” and then didn’t support us anymore. I came to TJA to learn more about the services I can now give to customers. I would not have the ideas I have and would not be able to service customers without you guys. more

Better Than A Franchise 10/7/2011

At first we looked into buying a franchise, thought that would be easier, but through looking for that I found TJA. I talked to Joe first and I told him “I’d rather do this on my own, I’d rather buy a franchise.” But he told me I would be fine and TJA would train me through and get me started. more

Other Alternatives 8/30/2011

There are better ways to spend $8,000. So many poor reviews online and the only positive ones are written by Janitorial Agency Employees pretending to be satisfied customers. It is no conicidence that so many people are dissatisified with them. Research their contract and if you can find an attorney that recommends you sign it, I would double check where they got their license at. Also, when researching this company, check out GMS Contracts. They changed their name a few years back to "start over" because of all the problems with GMS. You can buy leads significantly cheaper that will be of better quality than the "leads" this company will find for you. Also, as part of their training, they make you go out and cold call. Might as well just do that anyway. If you thouroughly research this company, get a lawyer involved, and weigh the alleged value they provide, you will realize that there is NO WAY you should give this company a penny. more

the price is right with the janitorial agency 6/22/2011

The biggest difference between The Janitorial Agency and the franchises that I like is the price. The Janitorial Agency offers more service for a lot less money. I was a little wary, but they’re delivering as promised so I’m good. It took me four months to get through training with The Janitorial Agency, but that was my choice. I didn’t want to rush into it. I like the flexibility they offer me. I always say, you go too fast, you get in a crash. So I took my time, but I got here safe an am looking forward to a promising second career. more

I don't reccomend a franchise 6/17/2011

If I ever see a franchisee whose struggling I would not even hesitate to recommend them to the Janitorial Agency because they don’t get nearly as much money from the contracts they provide than the franchisors do. Plus the contracts are in the business owners name with The Janitorial Agency. This is not the way the franchisors handle things they take your money and when you get out from under them they keep your contracts. I recommend The Janitorial Agency to anybody looking to go into the commercial cleaning industry to enjoy independence. more

I would 100% recoment The Janitorial Agency to a friend. They’re a serious company that has beeen in business for over 10 years a decade!. They’re obliviously doing something right. They have builded over 1,400 successful commercial cleaning companies and now Cleaning Doctor Inc. is now a success full cleaning company with The Janitorial AGengy, and are still out there helping people in the commercial cleaning industry. The Janitorial Agency is good, I recoment them. more
