So I went here last Summer to get a window air conditioner. I had found one I liked online so I figured (since it said they were also in stores) that I could get it no problem. I waited for an hour to find someone to help me and when she did she said they didn't have it (they had them in stock, but sold out) and that she had no idea when they'd get more. There were several other people waiting for help at the Customer Service desk while I was waiting and 10 different employees passed us, but no one offered to help.
