I go to Houston on a regular basis and I make a point of staying either at the Hilton next door or La Quinta Inn. I actually prefer La Quinta, price is more affordable and the service is similar. Colorado is a sure guarantee of getting some well deserved R&R. I possibly can't write all that goes on in there but I will let your imagination wonder the details. It's basically a titi bar with very high quality dancers. Dance price is negotiable and due to the present economy, all the girls will negotiate. Recommend the VIP room where you get some privacy and you are far from prying eyes. I usually go early, have a couple of drinks and then if I didn't spend all the budget for the day I will go next door and eat some dinner. There are a couple of Indian restaurants next door, a Lebanese ( Middle East) on the corner of Hillcroft and Hwy 59, a steakhouse going the opposite way on 59 feeder towards Bellaire at Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse ( excellent steak, my only complain is that they close early at 10pm), Pappas Seafood and across street is Pappas BBQ. Have fun and watch your wallet. more

The first Thing I want to Say that It is the best Upscale Clean place in town in which the food does not look like a buffet cooked from a Herpes or disinfected menu.The Food is cooked fresh. You pay $15.00 to Enter and you get a free drink.The Girls and waitresses are awesome.The Cheapest place in town for a bottle of Crystal and Dom Perignon. Go Check it out more

I have been going to this club for three years spending anywhere between $6000.00 and $15000.00 per year there and tonight was treated so rudely by management that it was time to leave. Fifteen waitresses on the floor with most wanting a customer to serve, the floor manager pulls my waitress of my table each time she tried to say hi. A drink was bought for her and it sat for 40 min. untill the ice melted. Food was ordered for the both of us and the floor manager wouldnt allow her to tend to our table. It sat so long on the out widow it became cold. When my waitress finally served me, with much embaresment, she was again pulled off the table very rudely with not even a chance to excuse herself politely. This was the worse experience I have ever had in a restuarant. Not because of the staff, but because management chose to make one person's stay a night mare. I have seen this type of behavior many times in the past, even to VIP members, but didnt expect it to happen to such a regular patron. If they dont care about their regulars,how do you think your going to be treated. I give management a 0 star rating. more

Lovely Waitress 9/21/2010

I love Colorado Bar & Grill. I always go to business trip in Houston and I try to make it to Colorado every night. I am a big fan of woman in pantyhose and Colorado waitress always always wears pantyhose. Strippers are okay but for me is the waitress I think is very gorgeous If you havent been there go check it out for yourself. more

not so great club 6/24/2010

I went to colorados last night with a buddy. I had to walk through a metal detector, take off my cap and have the manager inspect my attire. There was a dj at the desk when I went through and I pointed out that he was wearing shorts. He was quick to state that "he worked here" and so was exempt from the no shorts rule. The manager was also wearing shorts-I guess they can be comfortable is Houston's hot ass weather, but customers who pay their salaries have to suffer being uncomfortable. And whats the big deal-are they making some type of a connection between ball caps and "gansta like" behavior. I was wearing a university of houston ball cap, not a "houstone" or "tango blast" ball cap-use your common sense. And this is why I hardly ever even go in there-and if your going to have a dress code, it helps if you set the example and follow the rules yourself (manager and dj). Pros: some fine chics Cons: can't wear shorts or ballcap-mananger has to inspect more

Fantastic Mega Club 2/10/2010

This club is unique in the fact there are multi venues within. Main Showroom, Sports Pub, Semi private seating. Mini clubs within the Club. I travel the world in the Oil business have been to top clubs from Rio to Bangkok and nowhere was I treated so kindly and felt more appreciated than the Colorado Bar and Grill. I treated my clients to their authentic Tex-Mex cuisine and not too pushy entertainers making for a great time out without the sometimes embarrasing problems (overcharging combined with rude behavior) that I have experienced at other establishments. Everyone was sincerely friendly with unsurpassed service. The management was most friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Very highly recommended and will visit this club exclusively. Pros: unique atmosphere, value, great for entertaining clients Cons: takes more than one visit to absorb all the attractions more

Greatful 2/3/2010

Who said customer service is dead? Really just want to say thank you to the staff. I had so much fun that I misplaced my wallet, keys and phone. The manager and the waitress recovered everything for me. The manager didn't even accept my tip reward! Please accept my thanks. -Portland more

Maybe Im being ridiculous but as a long time customer to the scene, Gentleman's Clubs have never changed that much. Same brass chair, same coat and tie. Most just dirty it up. I have never come across a place like this. Its clean, beautiful, without that Treasures funk smell and I felt like I was on vacation as the club stigma fell away and I settled into a party bar. Big drinks and great friendly regulars. Even the DJ stopped by to say hi. Very unique. Be back really soon! more

Can't get enough of those lovely ladies, and that delicious 1/31/2010

This is my fourth time visiting Houston on business, and when it comes to strip clubs, this is the only place i go! This year the managers even remembered my name! how awesome is that! Always get something to eat, love their selection of draft beer, and dancers looking hotter than i can remember. I came in twice this week, and enjoyed every minute of it. see ya next year! more

I hadn't been there in years and looked forward to checking it out as I visited Houston. I had such a great time last time so I had my expectations and I wasn't disappointed. I miss the seafood but the menu was great and I can't say enough about the ladies! Its still the hometown favorite. more

This place is the worst - only want to extract as much money as possible from you. Do not care about customers. My guess is that most of the positive comments here are from management and employees. Too many other better places to go. Cons: Scam artists more

I'll make this simple. Toby Keith said it best. I LOVE THIS BAR! You can't beat it in a town full of strip joints. The atmosphere, the COLD beer, awesome menu, and the ladies...THE LADIES! Gorgeous, and amazing stage shows! Every time i drop by for a cold one It's like i'm being welcomed to a fun backyard barbecue. Wouldn't go anywhere else! more

Still the best! 6/25/2009

Everywere I go I meet a few twisted people in the cabaret's. ALL CLUBS have some girls that are simpley just not fun to deal with. Having said that, I only want to go to the Colorado. It is always a great time. Waitresses are always friendly and the managers attend to my needs. The food gets a little expensive but its worth it with the big portions of great food. I'm not at a Denny's-lol. I will always go back again and again. If you havent been there for awhile, go back soon. So many hot new faces! Pros: Great staff! more

I loved this place. If you go find Samantha, Lisa, or Brittney!!!! All of them give u FULL SERVICE for CHEAP!!!! Im not sure if there all daytime girls or not. I'll be honest, im not an attractive guy, but i guess with prostitutes, they dont care as long as you have some money. Grab a VIP room and these girls will go to town. You cant miss them, they all have that blank stare in their eyes like they're totally dead inside. Lisa is a shot latino, Brittney is skinny with short blonde hair and Samantha doesnt speak the best english. Honestly, I dont know how these girls sleep at night, but that's not my fault. Yes, yes i know.....prostitutes are the trash of the earth and they're as worthless as the trash you and i throw away on a weekly basis, but if it was'nt for them....i'd never get any. LOL!!!! It's true. Besides these beauties this place is AWESOME!!!!! Service, staff, and atmosphere are an A+ in my book!!!! Pros: Freindly Staff Cons: Nothing more

Whenever I am there, I never spot more than two 7+. And they're already preoccupied with some drunk old dudes, I get these pushy average chicks. this is my 1st massage! i went colorado on last firday. i got there on 2pm ,got one free beer. after the beer,i buy TWO call drink !! around 4pm a guy came to me and said min two dirnk! i told him i had two call dirnk and a beer ! i can not dirnk anymore bcz i have to go home on 4:20pm. i dont want any trouble when i drive to home! and he keep said my job is yo make sure coustom have buy two dirnk ! i keep tlle him i had two call dirnk already! then he ask me to leave! i dont know what i did worng ! but that was not a right way to trade coustom. i dont speak english that much! but i brought 2 dirnks and tip every girl who dance 3-5 dolls ! i wont go back anymore !
