I have been going to this club for three years spending anywhere between $6000.00 and $15000.00 per year there and tonight was treated so rudely by management that it was time to leave. Fifteen waitresses on the floor with most wanting a customer to serve, the floor manager pulls my waitress of my table each time she tried to say hi. A drink was bought for her and it sat for 40 min. untill the ice melted. Food was ordered for the both of us and the floor manager wouldnt allow her to tend to our table. It sat so long on the out widow it became cold. When my waitress finally served me, with much embaresment, she was again pulled off the table very rudely with not even a chance to excuse herself politely. This was the worse experience I have ever had in a restuarant. Not because of the staff, but because management chose to make one person's stay a night mare. I have seen this type of behavior many times in the past, even to VIP members, but didnt expect it to happen to such a regular patron. If they dont care about their regulars,how do you think your going to be treated. I give management a 0 star rating.
