The cheesecake factory is one of the best places to eat at Baltimore. The food is beyond extrodinary and the service is magnificent. I had a waitress name Aubrey, and she was wonderful. She would always make sure that I had enough to drink and she would clean up plates as soon as you were done. I was seated in about 5 minuetes which was great since the place was packed. The cheesecake was especiallly good, it was full of flavor and satisfied my tastebuds. Before, I used to hate cheesecake but this place turned me around. Now cheesecake is one of my favorite deserts. I can't wait to try more flavors because they have a lot! I had a wonderful expirience. The menu is also great because they have everything from italian food to seafood to spicy food. The menu has a lot to offer and I think that you will enjoy it. They also have complimentry bread which includes italian bread and pumpernickel bread. It is nice and heated and it coats your stomach when you eat it. The prices are average, nothing costing more or less then usual. The drinks also came out about 2 minuetes after you order it. The service is absolutly great and I rate this 5 stars. I just can't get over that cheesecake though! It was the best! Today was my first time there and I didn't have any problems what so ever. The waiters/waitress' are very friendly and add on to your wonderful cheesecake factory expirience. I'm going back tomorrow for some takeout cheesecake! Pros: I love it! more

This is the 2nd time eating at this Cheesecake factory. Unfortunately this is the only CF we've eaten at, and it has turned us off from eating at another CF ever again. My daughters ordered a kid's meal and got 'applesauce' on the side. My 5yo ate some of it before I realized that it was crusty and looked like it had been scooped from a vat sitting around for days on end. A few hours later...stomach ache...a few more hours and she's throwing up. I called the manager, Mark, in the morning and he minimized the situation stating that the applesauce is made in small batches and is refrigerated. Well, this warm, crusty applesauce was certainly not kept to the sanitary standards he claims. No one else in the family is sick and no one else ate the applesauce. (I took it from our 3yo before she could eat any.) I figured he'd at least offer a gift certificate which I could refuse telling him that I'd never eat at another CF, but he never made the offer.\r My chicken entree was good, and my husband got a steak which was sub-par. The tempura onion rings were soggy and tasteless, and he ordered white rice which was stuck together in clumps and according to him 'the worst rice he ever had'. I mean, how do you screw up rice. I'm guessing a walk through the kitchen or their refridgerator would be enough to turn anyone off from eating here. Pros: The wait staff was nice Cons: The food more

How can a restaurant that refuses to take reservations have won an award for best in group dining? A party of 8 cannot reserve seating for a weekend meal. How does this work into a great group dining experience? Also in the little preview block for this restaurant it states that ""yes"" you should make reservations. Perhaps CitySearch should make a quickfix to that. While reservations would be grand to avoid the 2 hour wait they are not allowed by the restaurant. Pros: large selection, nice view Cons: very long wait, can not call ahead more

My experience has always been pretty good. The food is good, but the wait sometimes is unbelievable. It may be better to carry out sometimes. I have never had a problem with the waiters or the food. The wait is my enemy. But if you are looking for a good food spot, this is the place, just don't be disgruntled by the wait. Reservations cannot be made. more

The best part about the CF is of course, the cheesecake. If you are in a hurry or expect quality service, don't bother sitting down, go the take-out variety. The pizza/salad lunch is excellent, and top it off with your favorite cheesecake...TO GO. I had a good waittress ONCE, on my first visit. Every visit after, I have received horrible service. Literally, once your order is taken, don't expect to see your server again until it is time for the bill and even then you have to ask. Pros: Pizza, Salad, Cheesecake Cons: , Service more
