The Worst Place In Town 3/20/2003

This has got to be the sbsolute worst restaurant in the city. The service is awful, the food was below par, and the waits are ridiculous. Since it is called the Cheesecake Factory,you would think that they were good; save your money and skip dessert- at an even they catered, they couldn't even give the cheesecakes away! Watch your next credit card statement too...if you pay with plastic you run therisk of being charged twice! There are far better places to eat in town than this chain! Cons: cold food, poor service, long waits more

It's a Factory, Alright! 12/23/2002

Cheesecake Factory. I love its varitey in menu selections (and the cheesecake selections as well)! My only main gripe are the prices (which are understandably expensive but I think it is probably worth it because the food quality is excellent by my standards) and the crowds of diners and to-be-diners. Pros: great menu selections, food quality a 10+, diff. cheesecakes 10+ Cons: almost always crowded more

Got a year...Eat here! 12/10/2002

One of the longest waits for so-so food I ever had. The food was not as described on the menu and was inedible. We waited for two hours with a reservation and there was no waiting area. I was 7 months pregnant and this was VERY unpleasant. more

Food is great, prices reasonable. Wait tends to be a little long, especially on the weekend, plan on waiting for a table. Cheesecake is to die for! Pros: great food, unbelievable desserts Cons: long wait more

Calories...Lots of Calories 8/28/2002

You know when you go to a place called the Cheesecake Factory that you're going to ""pig out"". Just skip breakfast and lunch on the day you're going there and maybe you can justify all of the extra food you're going to eat there. Great food, great selection, great service. One more chain on my list that I can not only tolerate...I actually enjoy it. more

They may not want to hear this but they serve such good size portions that the men at work are very satisfied and the rest of us can split a meal into two. Love the old fashioned chicken with veggies and biscuits 'n gravey - especially on a cold winter day. And the portabello burger is quite a good one. Pros: Good food, great serving size, = very good value Cons: crowded, loud more
