This is why used car dealers get such a bad reputation. Like the phony Country song title, ""She Was Only The Used Car Salesman's Daughter...But She Knew Lots"" Texas Nissan uses...

I was treated very well at Texas Nisasn. I am pleased to have a dealer that takes such good care of my car. My experience was excellent and the staff did an excellent job. They were absolutely wonderful! It took only 2 visits to close the deal from the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot. In 2 visits, I was taken care of. His expertise, honesty and concern was appreciated. I shopped around at other Nissan dealerships in the metroplex, including the one I purchased my first car from in 2005, and none of them gave me the customer satisfaction that Texas Nissan did. more

Perfect Negotiation 12/16/2010

The sales experience was great. We are very happy with Amanda . Out salesman Mark did a great job finding exactly what we wanted and the sales manager Pete handles the negotiation perfectly. Very Poor Service Dept. - no customer service or respect 12/7/2010

POOR Customer Service on the service side. Sales may be good (don't know), but the rest of it SUCKS! I have been begging for anyone to go over my invoice of $900 after two weeks of no returned phone calls by the ""designated"" service assistant...(he was not there when I picked up my car, so I thought, I'll call him) well, guess what, he was no longer with the company, I learned after. His voicemail was still saying"" You have reached Desmond...etc"" The Service manager that calls you with a recorded message at your house to say "" Thank you bla bla, call if you have issues"" well, I called him hoping he will live up to the promises on the recording. His name is Shannon Grape. Guess what he called back only after 4 days and three voicemails just to tell me, sorry I am busy I will call you on Monday and NEVER called back. I called back , I am not kidding, 10 more times. NOTHING! They only got $1800 from me ($900 paid by me and the rest covered by my extended warranty) Very disappointed and just feeling helpless about it. I work for Mercedes and this could never happen ...and if it did, someone would be fired. Customer is always first. And at the end I wonder if this was going to happen if I was a man.... I will never take my car back there. I wish I could give a ZERO rating. more

Negative Experience - Typical Car Sales 12/1/2010

I went to Texas Nissan Used Cars to look at a couple of cars, and to see what they would give me on my car if I traded it in. This is the typical used car lot that everyone hates. I used to sale cars and the managers were crooks. This place is run the exact same way. First, salesman are standing on the stoop and in the entrance like a bunch of hungry vultures. Before I even got out of my car, one had set in after me. After almost two hours of b.s. all that I had done was sit in a salesman office while he found out all of the information about my trade in. I finally told the salesman I had to leave, then he actually got the key to the cars that I wanted to look at. By that time I didn't care about looking at the cars. Don't bother asking for a price of a car at this place. I left Texas Nissan with the salesman telling me they could put me in the car of my choice, for the payment that I wanted and they would take the trade. No Crap! I knew that going in there. They never told me the price of a car or how much they would give me on my trade. Oh yeah... as always, the sales manager comes out and says, ""what would it take to put you in this car today?"" I'm about to spend $20k-$30k on a car, but it wont be at this place. more

I have purchased several vehicles over the past 13 years and I must say this was the best service ever received. I originally chose this dealership because of this price I found online. Even though there was a local dealership closer to my house, I chose to drive 40 miles to Grapevine Nissan. After completing my purchase, I felt the drive totally worth it. Best dealership ever! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Nathan Glass especially! \r more

Big thanks to Johnny Martin, Pre-Owned Sales Manager, for being patience and letting me test drive all day in peace without being pushy and pressuring me to buy. I appreciate that! After spending pretty much the entire day there, I finally purchase the new 2010 Nissan 370Z Touring Convertible! What a sexy sexy car! Financing process was quick & hassle-free. Entire teams were helpful and accompanied me greatly! So yeah, I recommend this place and Johnny Martin, the man knows his stuff! more

Recently relocated to this area due to work, took my daughter to Texas Nissan of Grapevine to buy a new car since she’ll be off to college soon. Sean Briggs, New Vehicle Manager, took excellent care of the both us and was very explanatory towards my daughter. I’m glad I’m not the one having to explain everything about car to my daughter so Sean did an awesome job! Although their price doesn’t really match with the one on the internet from their official site, I understand why some people give bad ratings about this place due to that, but come on, let’s be realistic here…that’s how most businesses are. As long as you do your research well, you wouldn’t have a problem with anything. Overall, I give Texas Nissan of Grapevine 5 stars because they assisted my daughter and I greatly, professionally, and given us an incredibly superb customer service like we haven’t had in a while from other dealership. more

My coworkers recommended me to this place and location! Glad I had a great first time experience at Texas Nissan of Grapevine! Everyone was terrific there! I went during a super busy weekend where the dealership was so crowded but luckily, I still received great service and wasn?t neglected..thank god! Johnny Martin, Pre-Owned Sales Manager, was very well-spoken and communicative and I really like that! I bought my 2008 Nissan 350Z Touring Coupe for such a good bargain!
