Recently relocated to this area due to work, took my daughter to Texas Nissan of Grapevine to buy a new car since she?ll be off to college soon. Sean Briggs, New Vehicle Manager, took excellent care of the both us and was very explanatory towards my daughter. I?m glad I?m not the one having to explain everything about car to my daughter so Sean did an awesome job! Although their price doesn?t really match with the one on the internet from their official site, I understand why some people give bad ratings about this place due to that, but come on, let?s be realistic here?that?s how most businesses are. As long as you do your research well, you wouldn?t have a problem with anything. Overall, I give Texas Nissan of Grapevine 5 stars because they assisted my daughter and I greatly, professionally, and given us an incredibly superb customer service like we haven?t had in a while from other dealership.
