Great service 5/21/2015

I was 20 minutes late arriving for my oil change and they were still able to fit me in. They also informed me I had 2 minor recalls on my car and were going to fix them as well. I had 2 other things replaced that needed to be changed. They also washed my car. They did all of these things in a very reasonable amount of time. more

Quick and Friendly Service 5/15/2015

I had a couple interior issues that fell under warranty. I was able to make an appointment for the day that I preferred (already had the day off of work). The repairs were made within a couple hours, and were made correctly. It couldn't have gone any better. more

Great employees & comfortable surroundings 5/13/2015

I have used Gabe Kostay as an advisor since day 1 which was almost 5 years ago. He has always been great to deal with and has been ultra helpful in getting a couple of warranty items completed. The waiting area is very comfortable but if the service is longer I usually get a ride to the nearby mall and browse or have a bite to eat. The shuttle driver is always prompt when picking me up for a return. more

Quick, affordable, efficient service 5/9/2015

I made a last-minute request to get my required (at 45,000 miles) services done in time to get to an appointment in San Diego. Gabriel told me if I could leave my car for the day he could fit me in. When I got there, he asked me to wait and see if he could get it done while I waited. When he came out to see me, I had expected him to tell me whether to continue waiting or take the shuttle to my house. Instead, he told me my services had already been completed. What a nice surprise in this age of reduced expectations! more

I purchase my car a year ago from Temecula Hyundai which in my opinion is the best place I could have gone for a painless and completely easy process. My 'Online' Salesman had everything ready but for signing on the dotted line when I arrived. more
