I made a last-minute request to get my required (at 45,000 miles) services done in time to get to an appointment in San Diego. Gabriel told me if I could leave my car for the day he could fit me in. When I got there, he asked me to wait and see if he could get it done while I waited. When he came out to see me, I had expected him to tell me whether to continue waiting or take the shuttle to my house. Instead, he told me my services had already been completed. What a nice surprise in this age of reduced expectations!
