I was 20 minutes late arriving for my oil change and they were still able to fit me in. They also informed me I had 2 minor recalls on my car and were going to fix them as well. I had 2 other things replaced that needed to be changed. They also washed my car. They did all of these things in a very reasonable amount of time.
