I have used Gabe Kostay as an advisor since day 1 which was almost 5 years ago. He has always been great to deal with and has been ultra helpful in getting a couple of warranty items completed. The waiting area is very comfortable but if the service is longer I usually get a ride to the nearby mall and browse or have a bite to eat. The shuttle driver is always prompt when picking me up for a return.
