I have been waiting for a year to write this. I wish I could even post all the pictures I have accumulated over the past year. First, only move into some of these apartments if you like people partying until 4 am the whole week. I know that isn't something the landlord can immediately control, but if it disturbing the entire floor it is something that should at least address. I also completely agree with Lindsey U. Agnes is nice to your face but I swear she hangs up the phone and the conversation never happened. I had a huge list of things that were wrong with my apartment and after awhile i had to pick what i wanted fixed the most. I actually had to live without working plumbing for almost a week. Thank god i have a boyfriend who doesn't live far away. Then, there is the break in. The building was broken into (this is where i wish i could post pictures) and despite several frantic phone calls about what they were going to do to secure the place, all they did was fix the front door from the damage the robber/burglar/breaking in person caused. Explain to me how if they broke in once how they couldn't VERY EASILY do it again. Also, i live next to the door that is an entrance from the alley. This door is barely locked at night because people use it as an entrance and when i explained how i was fearful about that to the maintenance guy he scolded me for calling the office too much and demonstrated how the door locked. Yes, i am a college graduate and know HOW to lock the door but if it isn't locked how does that matter. All i know, at the end of the day, is that i wouldn't recommend this group of properties to my worst enemy unless they want to fear for a break in or never sleep. OH, one more thing. I was also told i was being over zealous because neighbors were allowing their dogs to feces in the hallway. I know this isn't a restaurant but with all the crazy things in the news with the swine flu, bird flu, west nile why the HELL would it be OK to allow dogs to feces in the hallway.
Pros: location i guess
