I was very impressed by Tagine, a Moroccan restaurant near Lincoln Square that just opened about 2 weeks ago. Owner Richard Mouhcine has put a personal touch on everything and makes sure his guests are satisfied. The prices are incredibly cheap (for now), especially for the high quality of food, overseen by chef Eddie Maettaoui. If you come with a group, try to snag the seat near the window that is low to the ground and covered with cushions. Seems to be a cozy, typical Moroccan style. Also, it's BYOB and there's a liquor store right across the street on Lawrence, just in case you forget to come prepared!
