Gregg Fiumara is a representative the company should be proud of. We had a plugged sewer line between the vent pipe and a basement drain which caused backup of material onto the basement floor. He quickly diagnosed the problem and within a few minutes had the problem resolved. He took the time to have us dump waste water from each of the toilets and sinks to insure no additional problems. His courteousness was much appreciated and we were fully informed every step of the way and answered all questions. Great company and staff to work with.
