I was delighted to see Tom K this morning. Last year he worked with the team who installed our in-home generator ,and today he was back to do the one year service. Tom displayed the same skillful competence and professionalism that he showed one year ago. I was so impressed that I asked him if he had the time to solve two electrical problems, and he was able to complete both much to my delight.
Tom answered questions and readily explained things to me. Because of our experiences with Tom K., our family will choose to have TAG Mechanical do a service contract on our generator, and we will definitely use them for any electrical problems that we have.
