I've been using Sweep Home Chicago for several months and have always had a positive experience. The cleaning staff is always punctual, professional, and courteous, and they do a great job. A few times I've made a specific request and they always remember (i.e. I didn't want any dusting cleaning product used in my baby's room, just a damp cloth). The customer service is excellent. I've been using Sweet Home for about a year, and I am happy with their services. If I provide specific direction on what to clean they are very diligent about it. Although there have been a few times where they do not complete everything that I would have liked, but for the most part everything is taken care of. I also like their monthly reminders since I often forget to schedule my next cleaning. more

I have been a Sweep Home customer for over a year now and would recommend them as a professional and affordable cleaning service. Scheduling appointments is easy, and their customer services staff are helpful and flexible. The cleaning staff we have had work at our home have been incredibly friendly, prompt, and responsive. While I had one instance where I felt like some areas weren't cleaned as thoroughly as they should have been, in general, I have been highly satisfied with the level of cleaning and appreciative of the fact that their cleaning staff are always willing to spend extra time in a certain area or take care of something specific when they're here. I would recommend Sweep Home Chicago as a good cleaning service. I have never had a problem with lateness or canceling. I use them for a regularly-scheduled once a month cleaning. I would recommend this option to others, as it is the best way to know for certain that you will have someone scheduled for your cleaning far in advance. I docked one star because, as others have pointed out, you don't always get the same person, and this leads to inconsistent cleanings. Though I have never had a "bad" cleaning per se, some are noticeably more thorough than others. However, my last couple have been very good and I am hoping that I will continue to have the same consistency going forward. more

I used Sweep Home Chicago for almost three years. They came biweekly at first, then more often when we were in the process of closing and moving. The work was always really good. Scheduling was sometimes difficult because people wouldn't show up on time. Once I felt more comfortable and gave them keys to the house, though, it was easier. more

I thought that the Sweep Home Chicago women who worked for me were very good. They did an excellent job and were willing to do anything I asked. They were very polite and honest, which is so important. I felt they were respectful, caring, careful, and all that, so they were great employees. I definitely trusted them. When you have someone in your house, it's important you trust them. When I moved, they even helped me pack up. Everything was at a very good price, too. more

I contacted them hoping to get a cleaning very short notice (I had family coming in from out of town unexpectedly), and was lucky enough to find out that there would be room for me to set up service. I believe when I called I set up service with a girl named Brenda (Im hoping im not wrong) she was very helpful and explained the difference between a basic cleaning and a deep cleaning. I ended up deciding that I did not need a deep cleaning, just something simple so I went with a basic cleaning. The next day ,when the cleaner she arrived on time and was very polite. She introduced and quickly got right to work. When she arrived I let her know that I had to run a few errands and that I should be back before she finished and that if i was not back she could just lock up. Upon my return I came back to find my home completely clean. I was completely in shock to see how great everything looked (not that it was that bad before). The kitchen and bathrooms looked great, as they did when I first moved in. Needless to say I will be using Sweep Home Chicago again. I can be pretty picky when it comes to the types of cleaning products i use for my home, and a lot of cleaning services just don't have the option of going GREEN. Sweep Home really listened to my concerns though and did an excellent job. They were so flexible with my busy schedule and made sure i got the exact service i needed. I have recommended them to my friends and family, and i recommend them to anyone in the Chicago area who wants a sparkling safe home. I just recently had Sweep Home clean my apartment and they did such an awesome job. I had never used a house cleaning company before but the overall experience was great from start to finish.
