Sutton's

I do not recommend Sutton’s for any home repairs. I had a pipe burst above my garage at the end of February. I had an insurance adjuster come out and he recommended Sutton’s for the drywall repair. I contacted Sutton’s on March 4th and they came out to the house on March 7th. The gentleman who looked at the damage said he would get back to me and that was the last I heard from Sutton’s. I called a week later on March 14th and left a message saying I would be out of town the next week but back on the 22nd. I expected something in the mail or a call back and received nothing. I called the guy who was supposed to give the estimate on Monday March 24th and asked about the estimate. He said he had received my message and was just getting the estimate together and asked how I wanted to receive it. I gave him my email address and expected the estimate that day. When I didn’t receive it I emailed the general email address on the website and referenced the individual that was supposed to give me the estimate and basically said I did not receive it and here is the correct email address if he wanted to just reply to it. On Wednesday March 26th I called again and spoke to the guy and he said he would send it right out. That is the last time I heard from Sutton’s. As of today Saturday March 29th I still have not received the estimate. Twenty -two days after they visited my house they have not bothered to call me email me or contact me in any way. The job is only a $2000-$3000 dollar job but apparently they are to busy to call or contact me and provide some level of customer service. If they did not want the job I wish they would have told me that when they came to see the damage. This is perhaps the worst customer service I have ever received. I decided to not used Sutton’s due to the fact that I cant get them to contact me or give me an estimate. I do no recommend Sutton’s. more

It was a difficult job for all concerned but it was done well + it looks good + I feel it will serve the house well more

Kevin picked out good shingles to use. Job was done excellent. Did a excellent job also. I'm glad he used the lead pipe flashing for vents- not rubber. more

I appreciate your willingness to schedule work crews around out household's work and vacation schedules. Our neighbors home complimented us on the look of our new roof and the work crew was very efficient in completing most of the project and clean-up in one day! We're already noticing a big difference in our electricity bill due to the new roof (and improved performance of our central air conditioning.) more
