Sutton's recently renovated the exterior of our home, and we are beyond pleased with the work! The carpenters were professional, polite, and did a great job. We continually receive compliments on our home from the neighbors, and our home is now one of the best looking on the block. We also appreciate how easy it was to work with Sutton's sales rep, he won our trust and we'll definitely call him again! Our experience was A++ and we'll be sure to recommend Sutton's to all of our friends! PROS: Very thorough, Attention to Detail, Easy to Work With, A Name You Can Trust CONS: more

Sutton's recently renovated the exterior of our home, and we are beyond pleased with the work! The carpenters were professional, polite, and did a great job. We continually receive compliments on our home from the neighbors, and our home is now one of the best looking on the block. We also appreciate how easy it was to work with Sutton's sales rep, he won our trust and we'll definitely call him again! Our family has been using Suttons for over 30 years, and they have always went above and beyond what we expected. Suttons has done our roof, siding, windows, and remodeled our entire kitchen. The men are always polite and very professional, and we always received great service. We had a problem with squirrels chewing through our sewer vent pipes, and they fixed it for free, even though the problem had nothing to do with the roof they did for us and it occurred 8 years after the warranty expired. I can't say enough good things about the company. I read a complaint from Jai S about a problem with his mother's roof, maybe he should just call the folks and ask to have someone take a look at it. If it's something related to what Sutton's did, I'm sure they would take care of it. The haven't been around for over 60 years for nothing. Then again, some people just have an ax to grind. more

never came back 5/24/2005

Sutton did my parent's roof last summer and it was not that good. When they came back for the final payment, they agreed to come back and redo the bad parts, but they never showed back up. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone because they dont keep their word! more
