I had Sutton do our roof last year, I was satisifed with the job, but the supervisor said some things needed to be fixed, and he would be sending the crew back out. I waited a few weeks and they never came. A few weeks turned into over a year, and my husband finally called. It took a year to come out and fix something that should have been done in a few days, and I find that to be ridiculous.
