I liked how in this shop I was kept up tp date on my cars progress. I honestly was surprised in how the pricing was fair and so affordable unlike other shops!

Simply amazing! 6/22/2011

I settled upon Sunset Auto after the usual internet search. The reviews seemed honest and consistent. I was not disappointed. My car was really messed up. Literally blown off the road, down a slope, into a tree, smashing the hood, fender and passenger front quarter. They put it back together, good as new, for a fair price, in good time. Simply amazing! Thanks guys! more

This is absolutely the best body shop I have ever been to. I went to have my front bumper fixed, and everyone there was fantastic, friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of work was impeccable. All the positive reviews are absolutely deserving! I've been recommending them to anyone who needs work done on their car. more

They got my car back to me 2 days before the anticipated date! My car looks amazing and I would never know that I had gotten hit. Overall a great experience. I'm recommending them to anyone that needs some work done. Oh and their prices are the most reasonable in the area! more

Overall Excellent Experience 6/16/2011

Had a bad accident on my Honda CRV. I brought my CRV to this body shop. I had no problem with working with them. I appreciate the commitment to work with insurance and the customer. They even have good rates with a car rental company. Over-all Customer service was great and the idea that this shop is close to where I live made it easier. more

Great Job on my ML350! 6/16/2011

Great Job on my ML350! Sunset Autocrafters did a beautiful job fixing my car. They did exactly what they said they would do, worked with my insurance company to resolve issues and my car looks great. I couldn't be happier. Plus, since I did not have rental coverage, they got me a great rate with Hertz (I mean really cheap) for a nice car while they worked on mine. Hopefully I won't need body work for a while but I recommend them to anyone who needs something. I would certainly use this shop again. more

Great Work and Service 6/13/2011

From my experience which has been twice now with Sunset they have done an excellent job on my BMW. The first time was through Mercury insurance and then I came back again for a claim going through Statefarm. The work was great and it was a pleasure dealing with both Freddy and Kent. God forbid I get into another accident I would go back again, in addition I sent one of my friends there and he received the same great work and service. more

I enjoyed my experience with the people at sunset auto crafters. They are very friendly and very nice people to work with. They kept me informed about my car as it was in the repair process and they did an amazing job. My car came out looking like new. I was very happy and will highly recommend this repair facility to all. more

I was recently involved in an accident in my mini cooper. I had just moved to California from Florida and really didn't know where to take my damaged car. I had seen the shop time to time driving to work, and I saw a lot of high end cars so I decided to take it to them. And I'm glad I did, they kept me up to date and did some custom work to it too. After having one bad experience after another with several unnamed body shops, I was fortunate enough to stumble across Sunset Auto Crafters on West Sunset Blvd. Being in a car accident is stressful enough and the last thing I needed was unnecessary stress. The staff at Sunset Auto Crafters made my experience as pleasant as possible, given the circumstances. They were informative and understanding as to what I was experiencing. When I called to ask questions, I wasn't placed on hold or told I would receive a call back. They were diligent and most helpful. Their customer service was superior. I was also pleasantly surprised to find my car looking even more incredible than it looked prior to the accident. They did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing experience with a body shop. A++ from me! more

I just had my precious BMW m5 in an accident and I was refereed to them by my BMW dealership, it was the best advice I could have taken. My m5 is garage kept and In great shape and I was involved in a pretty bad accident. When I got my baby back it was beautiful. Kent my collision consultant Kent was very helpful insuring that my car was in tip top shape . Sunset and Kent you guys did a great job. Thanks Again more

GETTING MY CAR REPAIRED BECAME A PLEASURE 4/4/2010

My car recently was rear-ended and, as I'm rather newly back in LA, I didn't know quite where to take it for repairs. A friend suggested your company - and I had the good fortune to be put in contact with Kent when I first walked in. I simply can't say enough good things about him and his service. He was SO helpful, (especially when it came to his advice regarding my dealings with the other driver's insurance company), so professional, knowledgable, always on top of everything and, finally, just truly so nice. What could have been, (and, let's face it, usually is), the rather aggravating chore of getting my car repaired became a pleasure. I picked my car up yesterday - as promised, right on time - and it looks terrific. I just want to let you know how impressed I was with everything, and that I will absolutely recommend Sunset Auto Crafters whenever anyone I know needs auto body work done. AMAZING ALL AROUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR 12/13/2009

Just picked up yesterday and had to let people know.I am extremely pleased to announce that I am greatful to Sunset Auto Crafters. I was really devastated when I crashed my BMW, I thought my car would never be the same.Boy, was I wrong! After a great friend referred me to what he called ""the best shop around"", I took his advice and went in for an estimateWhat a difference from the shops I had previously rec'd an estimate from!! For one, they made me feel comfortable and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. I never felt pressured nor intimidated by anyone. What sold me on this shop was that they were the only shop that went above and beyond their call of duty. That being said, I left my car at Sunset Auto Crafters, right then and there. Their excellent service did not stop there, they offered me a rental!! Not any just any rental but, I got to drive a brand new BMW for the duration that my car was at the shop. At the end of my experience, my car was returned better than ever!!My experience with Sunset Auto Crafters could not have been executed any more perfect!!..Thanks to Mike and his staff!! SUPERB 12/13/2009

After a drunk kid in a BMW smashed into my RANGE ROVER, I took my car to Sunset Auto Crafters and they did top-notch work. I've had body work done elsewhere, and there is simply no comparison. Moreover,i also had a nasty scratch which they fixed at no additional charge . The communication was good as I was constantly kept in the loop as far as the status of ordered parts, progress of work, status of insurance issues, etc. Since everyone must know how good Sunset Auto Crafters is, there can be a bit of a backup.Superb place Pros: WONDERFUL PLACE more
