This was the worst experience I've had since I started traveling to Houston, The employee was arrogant, rude, and would never shut up, making me believe that it was my fault for my car being towed. I tried to explain but he just kept shouting and accusing me of parking without a permit. All I wanted to do was pay up and leave this dirty and disgusting place. I wonder if this employee ""matt"" , I believe that was his name, ever got educated or was he recruited out of a trailer park, does he even know what customer service is. Who are these people who work there? I rather left town that same day. more

got towed within 2 hours of my GATED appartment complex for ""double parking"". WOW get a life i was parked in a corner parking spot that was too small for my truck... at the very least my car was BARELY over the line and it got towed more

The manager cindy's husband charles dupriest aka ghost is dirty old man who spends his time at house of pies hitting on woman half his age with promises of leaving his wife to be with them only trying to get them in bed. He has caused problems for some them in their personal lives then goes to their job and tells all other employees. He's not happy with his ""old fat wife"" so attemps to ruin the relationships of others. Chuck get a life and accept you will never have better so accept your wife after all you did ask her to marry you. And leave the young women alone non of them want a dirty oldman with no teeth. You're a joke ! more

CROOKS! Be Aware! 5/17/2007

Yes, Cindy Depriest (Manager and Notary) made sure she overcharged her notary services and was insistent on requiring her notary service even though proper identification was provided. If you have the same issue, do not hesitate to file a compliant to Secretary of State. I see the last post and I hope that person files complaint because what this company is doing is absolutely wrong! Stealing from victims! I hope this place gets shut-down or burns down. Dishonest Crooks!! 7/5/2006

These scumbags towed a car which I had SOLD a year before, and then they held me responsible for storage charges. They didn't notify me even though they had my address, and now they have sent the account to a collection agency. When they ran the title search, they KNEW that I was NOT the owner of the vehicle. They are dishonest and unscrupulous and now I have to prove to these crooks that I was not the owner of the vehicle even though it is on record at TXDOT. Shame on you, scumbag crooks!!
