Yes, Cindy Depriest (Manager and Notary) made sure she overcharged her notary services and was insistent on requiring her notary service even though proper identification was provided. If you have the same issue, do not hesitate to file a compliant to Secretary of State. I see the last post and I hope that person files complaint because what this company is doing is absolutely wrong! Stealing from victims! I hope this place gets shut-down or burns down.
