This was the worst experience I've had since I started traveling to Houston, The employee was arrogant, rude, and would never shut up, making me believe that it was my fault for my car being towed. I tried to explain but he just kept shouting and accusing me of parking without a permit. All I wanted to do was pay up and leave this dirty and disgusting place. I wonder if this employee ""matt"" , I believe that was his name, ever got educated or was he recruited out of a trailer park, does he even know what customer service is. Who are these people who work there? I rather left town that same day.
