Food here is awesum and the chef is quite creative, decor is umm pretty tacky for where its at, so 1 less star for decor, food is awesome and very well priced ! The location is great as its walking distance of all the other coffee shops & frozen yogurt places ! more

Great Sushi and a fun place 9/8/2008

I used to live nearby and I've had some of the best sushi at this place. The chef is an Iron Chef from Japan, ranked in the PGA and is a lot of fun to chat with which adds to the experience.\r \r This is a great place to take people that need to try new types of Sushi as the Chef has ""sampler plates"" that you can order that come with old favorites as well as some new ones for people to try.\r \r Beware the place is small and cramped, but its part of the fun. Good Sushi Despite Cramped Quarters 5/23/2007

Sun & Moon Cafe may serve in a small space, but the great sushi and the lively atmosphere despite slightly cramped quarters. You may have to wait a few minutes for a table, but the cafe offers different kinds of saki to compliment your sashimi, and the music and the quaint atmosphere provide for a lively, charming ambience. Steer clear from this Sushi Joint! 5/12/2006

We decided to try this restaurant on a Friday night. We were seated promptly (party of 2), but that was the only positive thing I can say. It took at least 30 minutes before they took our drink order, and then they scurried away, and it took nearly 45 minutes and complaining to a random waitress to get our order taken. After a good 1 1/2 hours, and another complaint to a random waitress, we received our modest 4 cut sushi rolls, and they were mediocre taste and quality. The place is cramped, the food is mediocre, and the service staff is unorganized and overwhelmed. Save yourself the frustation and try another sushi joint!
