1st car used Mustang convertible on sale perfect car for my wife's commute to Columbia, SC. we received Military Orders for overseas Mustangs are not practical so we traded in for the 2 nd used vehicle. Considering it had only been 6 weeks after buying the Mustang we were treated with compassion and understanding left with a GMC Safari. We put over 100,000 miles on this van driving all over Europe and the USA. Gave the van to a friend in need and brought a new 2004 Dodge Ram, Again a very fair traded in on our Nissan and given discounts and allowances which I did not know about salesman and Finance manger very informed and helpful BTW we still own and drive PU regularly and is right now on a trip to Oklahoma from SC. Yes I will buy from this dealership again without a doubt. more

i hVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A UED CAR FROM THIS DEALERHIP,UPON THE FIRST WEEK OF DRIVIN THIS VEHICLE,I SHOCKED TO HAVE THE PROBLEMS I HAVE , A BAD BATTERY,HESITATION UPON PREING THE GAS PEDAL CONTROL PROBLEMS WITH A CONSTIENT WAYING AS I DROVE..UPON RETURNING TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE ERVICE DONE AS IT WA ONLY A WEEK AFTER PURCHAING I WA TREATED VERY RUDELY ,THE ALESMAN TOOK THE CAR FOR A SPIN TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE WERE INSTEAD OF A TRIANED MECHANIC WHO WOULD BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND SOLVE THESE ISSUES .AND UPON LAT VISIT THE SALEMAN WOULDNT EVEN COME TO THE SHOWROOM TO HEAR MY COMPLAINTS AND INSTEAD HID IN THE OFFICE UNTIL I EXITED AT NO TIME WAS A MECHANIC S SERVICES OFFER FOR HELP OR CONSULTATION,, AND I HAVE YET TO EE ANY PAPER WORK SHOWING WHAT THE DID TO SOLVE THESE ISSUES..I WOULD DO BUISNESS WITH THEM AGIAN OR RECOMMEND THEM.AFTER 30 YEARS OF DRIVING I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREAT SO RUDELY.AND NEVER HAD TO GO BACK FOR THE SAME REPAIR MORE THAN ONCE more

Do not bring your business here. I purchased a used vehicle from them (It was an Acura which may have been part of the problem). When I received the vehicle, the rear lights and dash lights did not work which was part of a major electrical problem. A dome light can be overlooked but EVERYTHING in the dash and an ENTIRE rear set of lights? Someone signed off without doing full quality control checking on the vehicle. When notified, I was initially told that I would have to pay for the repair even though I picked up the vehicle that way since it was not on an IOU. I'm not sure how I would have been able to screw up so much in less than eight hours. I had traded in my old car with them so when the Acura was to be left off, I was without a car. This process took nearly a month with several trips back and forth to them for troubleshooting and installing the wrong parts (all of which I was initially billed for). Additionally, they had gone back and forth to Acura in Colmbia for assistance. They finally provided me with 2 rental cars over the course of the time, each with not enough gas to get the gas station (thank God for downhill and neutral). When Acura in Columbia found the right part, Dodge refused to pay the extra cost for overnight shipping even though this had gone on so long I had made my first payment on the car. My salesman would not return my calls and the maintenance manager wouldn't come to the phone when I called for status. When I spoke to the General Manager about the problem, he told me I was lucky that they finally agreed to even pay for this and shouldn't be complaining. I will never again go to them for anything, new or used and make it a point to warn everyone of the poor customer service I received. To boot, they had the nerve to send me a customer satisfaction survey in the mail which they received back - in pieces after a paper shredder went to work on it. The absolute WORST buying experience of my life. more

My husband and I recently bought a Dodge Ram Quad Cab from this dealer. All I have to say is: Phenomenal customer service!!! We bought the truck during a big promotion period (cash back and employee pricing). When we selected the vehicle, we told our salesman ("The Rev") that we wanted the dvd-based gps navigation, U-connect wireless connectivity, bedliner, and rear-seat dvd entertainment system put into it. The Rev said, "No prob." We closed the deal and received an IOU for the products we requested. On it was written "gps navigation, bluetooth, dvd, and bedliner". Within a week, we were called to take the truck in. Work on it took all day, but we were really excited to have it all decked out; besides, quality often takes time. My husband went to pick up the truck. Uh oh! It was missing the U-connect and dvd entertainment system! The parts department had misread the IOU, and we had to have the sales manager clear up the situation. Luckily, the miscommunication was immediately cleared up with minimal stress on our part. We take the truck back two days from now for the remainder of our request. Everyone at the dealership went above and beyond kindness and respect; I definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a new vehicle (definitely check for promotions--we also receive free oil changes). more
