i hVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A UED CAR FROM THIS DEALERHIP,UPON THE FIRST WEEK OF DRIVIN THIS VEHICLE,I SHOCKED TO HAVE THE PROBLEMS I HAVE , A BAD BATTERY,HESITATION UPON PREING THE GAS PEDAL CONTROL PROBLEMS WITH A CONSTIENT WAYING AS I DROVE..UPON RETURNING TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE ERVICE DONE AS IT WA ONLY A WEEK AFTER PURCHAING I WA TREATED VERY RUDELY ,THE ALESMAN TOOK THE CAR FOR A SPIN TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE WERE INSTEAD OF A TRIANED MECHANIC WHO WOULD BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND SOLVE THESE ISSUES .AND UPON LAT VISIT THE SALEMAN WOULDNT EVEN COME TO THE SHOWROOM TO HEAR MY COMPLAINTS AND INSTEAD HID IN THE OFFICE UNTIL I EXITED AT NO TIME WAS A MECHANIC S SERVICES OFFER FOR HELP OR CONSULTATION,, AND I HAVE YET TO EE ANY PAPER WORK SHOWING WHAT THE DID TO SOLVE THESE ISSUES..I WOULD DO BUISNESS WITH THEM AGIAN OR RECOMMEND THEM.AFTER 30 YEARS OF DRIVING I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREAT SO RUDELY.AND NEVER HAD TO GO BACK FOR THE SAME REPAIR MORE THAN ONCE more
