Authentically 1923 south side of Chicago restaurant atmosphere. I was expecting to look to the corner booth and see Paul Newman, Bob Redford and Harold Gould plotting their next sting. Service was impeccable. Food was al la carte, delicious and a bit pricey, but was well worth the trip.We were seated under the gigantic floral arrangement in the center of the room which I caught whiffs of all during the night. Was quite pleasant, a little loud, but otherwise inviting. Try the Cajun ribeye and fried calamari, cooked to perfection. Although there was nothing here that would entice me to come back time and again, I would certainly recommend it to a newbie.
Pros: Inviting Atmosphere, Impeccable Service, Wonderful mixed drink
Cons: Quite loud, Couldn't hear jazz
