First of all ,my very first experience of suky was awful. A very snobby blonde haired woman approached me, as if i was a fugitive on the run! To make matters worse she told me there was nothing there for me to try on, because i was to fat! first of all, i am a size 8, not a size 18! However, i fell in love with a dress in NY, and wanted to purchase it closer to home, for convenience purposes.I called, and the dress had to be "borrowed" and they would soon get back to me, to tell me when it would come in............NO PHONE CALL, for a month. Finally, i called myself, and they gave me a date when it would be in.[After i called them 15 times] Then i called again, to find out if the dress for me to try on was in the right size and color. They told me it was a size 2!!!!!!!! After all the waiting, i would not even be able to try it on!!! I asked to speak to kye,[whom had been helping me], nd was rudly responded with... "well, would you like me to call her on her day off and bother her?!!!!" At this point i had given up.I figured i would just stop in anyway. The dress was a size 10, not a 2. I was able to try it on, but i was alone. Kye promised the dress would be there until sat . My mother had taken a half a day to see the dress on friday. I received a call on wednesday night saying that they hoped i made a decision, because they were shipping the dress back to LA.! When i called to ask for an explanation, i got an attitude,as usual. And the owner NEVER called, even tough i asked for her... I would NEVER EVER go here, as i was treated so very rudly. What they do not realize, is that i was willing to spend over five thousand dollars, and now i will be giving someone else my buisness. Also a word to the wise... for the girls that work there... you are only the crummy old sales people. You try to sell the gowns.Don't be so snotty, you probably cannot afford them for yourseives,You only work there, sheesh!!!
