My mom, sister and I went to Suky being that it has the reputation of "the place" to get your wedding gown. We were given Kye as our sales person. She was fabulous during the dress shopping. I loved her! She helped me find "the dress" - a gorgeous $4,000 Vera Wang. She was so great that I told every bride to go there and ask for her. How disappointed I was when I had to go back to the store. They promised me that my dress would be in the store so my mother could help me pick out my veil. Kye was there and ignored me. She could've cared less about me. Then the manager came out and said that my dress was not delivered, and in fact, they had no idea where it was. They then assured me that the dress would be in the next couple of days and they would call me. No call- so I called a week later. Still no dress, but they assure me AGAIN that it was going to be in the store in a week. No call. I called a week later. No dress again. Through about a month of lie after lie that my dress was "definitely going to be in the store in the next couple of days" I called the Vera Wang corporate office to find it. I got the dress a week after. Had my fittings. It's beautiful. Then I set up my appt. to pick up the dress the day before the wedding at a specific time. I called to confirm the day before and they assured me that my dress would be ready. When I showed up the dress not ready and had not even been pressed and steamed yet. And when I expressed my disappointment, an extremely shobby woman (blond) made the comment "well, what? Are you just going to take it wrinkeld?" I was astonished that someone would say this to a girl about to be married when they made the mistake! In the end, they had to drive my dress down to me at a hotel in the city where I was staying. It was the WORST part of my wedding planning. I had heard a lot of negative comments about Suky since new management had taken over and I should have listened.
Pros: Good dress selection
Cons: Horrible service
