Suhrco Residential Properties

This company has been at my condo development for 3 months. They do not answer emails or letters, personnel are rude and seem to lack basic ethics and honesty. I have been in this business as a Board Member and Board President for 30 years and all I can say is stay away from Suhrco. more

They have been sending statements listing an erroneous late charge for months TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Their system has messed up time and time again and they refuse to correct the error despite numerous complaints and filing of paperwork to prove that they caused the problem not me. They also send paperwork to someone who doesn't even own the condo instead of me the owner. When I've tried to contact them they've consistently sent me on in a loop to person after person who refuses to help. I think they make their money by false and fake charges and then never doing anything. If you are considering buying a condo from a place that uses these morons as property management, budget in an additional 10% to your costs to account for fraudulent charges they will issue you as well as the sheer volume of therapy you will need from dealing with people who seem to have one thing they're "Suhr" to do -- screw you. more

Avoid SUHRCO, which is a mismanagement company that scams people out of money and is rude and absolutely no help with any questions. Once they get a contract they push the limits of incompetency. One star is too many more

Suhrco is a horrible company! They treat the owners, residents and employees like crap. The managers pay their social butterflies more than the work horse, not an even pay split for commissions. Residents have to complain for months to have any work done to their apartments. Its at the point now where there will be building damage from water issues that are not fixed.They also pick and choose prices depending on if they like people or not. Do not work or live on a suhrco property save the stress and headache! more

I Don't really understand all the bad reviews but my own experience with suhrco has been really pleasant they really work hard not only for keep my property 100% Ocupatedd they really help me with all the safety issues around my property Thanks Suhrco !!!! more

The worst company ever! They don't care about anyone who lives in there properties. Really stay away from this company, avoid renting any apartments. Managers do not do anything at all about complains, not even when they are very serious, life threatening!!! They only wait until someone is almost kill, seriously THE WORST!!!! I agree with a comment already made its a nightmare!!! more

I would give a '0' but 1 is the lower score I can chose. My experience in dealing with Suhrco has been a nightmare!!! They never reply emials or phone calls. Specifically they are unethical, unprofessional, and hostile. I agree with another review made here that Incompetence is the only consistent trait observed throughout the company from the property managers, to the maintenance staff. Everytime I had a question and called them they act like I was bothering them - WE PAID them to be our management company!!! IT'S THEIR JOB TO HELP!!!!! is not a choice but their job!!! Really bad experience, really bad!! more

Suhrco Residential Properties does not care about its owners. When I inquired about some data on our phase of the property, I was met with a hostile response that they would not supply the information. I requested someone else to speak with and was told there was no one else that would speak to me. Suhrco is concerned with profits and greed, not helping manage property for the owners of said property. Stay away from any Suhrco property. more

very unprofesional staff, absolutely zero training and they will screw over their employees any chance they get! awful company to work for! pretending like they are a "team" player but favors the people they socially spend time with. the only upside for the residents is they bend the rules! more

My experience in dealing with Suhrco has been a nightmare. Specifically they are unethical, unprofessional, and hostile. GIven a choice, I would advice anyone to run fast from this company. No one seems to care and their complete lack of customer service standards are glaringly apparent. Incompetence is the only consistent trait observed throughout the company from the property managers, to the maintenance staff. I can't say it strongly enough, do not deal with this company if you value your sanity! more
