I would give a '0' but 1 is the lower score I can chose. My experience in dealing with Suhrco has been a nightmare!!! They never reply emials or phone calls. Specifically they are unethical, unprofessional, and hostile. I agree with another review made here that Incompetence is the only consistent trait observed throughout the company from the property managers, to the maintenance staff. Everytime I had a question and called them they act like I was bothering them - WE PAID them to be our management company!!! IT'S THEIR JOB TO HELP!!!!! is not a choice but their job!!! Really bad experience, really bad!!
