Suhrco is a horrible company! They treat the owners, residents and employees like crap. The managers pay their social butterflies more than the work horse, not an even pay split for commissions. Residents have to complain for months to have any work done to their apartments. Its at the point now where there will be building damage from water issues that are not fixed.They also pick and choose prices depending on if they like people or not. Do not work or live on a suhrco property save the stress and headache!
