Review content:
They have been sending statements listing an erroneous late charge for months TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Their system has messed up time and time again and they refuse to correct the error despite numerous complaints and filing of paperwork to prove that they caused the problem not me. They also send paperwork to someone who doesn't even own the condo instead of me the owner. When I've tried to contact them they've consistently sent me on in a loop to person after person who refuses to help. I think they make their money by false and fake charges and then never doing anything. If you are considering buying a condo from a place that uses these morons as property management, budget in an additional 10% to your costs to account for fraudulent charges they will issue you as well as the sheer volume of therapy you will need from dealing with people who seem to have one thing they're "Suhr" to do -- screw you.
