Since this community took over, our fence has not been repaired. I have to deal with a manager that sends the most unprofessional emails. In addition, fees are excessive. I was told that I would be charged $90 for an accountant to review my account ledger with me. And the board of directors have been enforcing rules discriminatory. more

Heartless cold greedy people... 7/10/2013

Lost my job and we ended up becoming a single income family. Couldn't pay the condo bills for 6 months, including mortgage but did the modification. These people piled up bunch of fees and 6mont worth condo fees equaled $7000. Now they are threatening me with sheriffs sale. Whatever we did to come back out of the water wasn't enough for them. more

How many of you have read the contract between SUHRCO and your company? Are you angry because the property manager did not have the power to solve your problems as the properties Documents did not give that power to them? I find it helpful to know exactly what it is that the Property managment company is paid to do. more

Horrible management company! Untrustworthy, and unreliable. Takes months to get questions answered. Managers have disrespectful and condescending attitudes. Financial reports are often questionable at best which is not something you want in a company in charge of your money and property. Management fees are often more that comparable companies. Simply read non SUHRCO approved reviews all over the web to gain an understanding of the poor service from this company. more

Avoid SUHRCO Residential Properties in Bellevue 7/13/2007

I hate to write a poor review, but it is important to warn others about this management company, and in particular, Joann Doty. She manages several condo complexes, and from personal experience, I can tell you that she not only refuses to return emails and phone calls, but is difficult and rude when reached via phone. She "manages" the complex where I have lived and it seems her sole goal is to avoid work for herself, and seems geniunely annoyed when asked even the most simple question. And while maintenance matters are not THAT important, even issues of safety and potential damage to property went unaddressed for months! In addition, our HOA dues increased almost 15% over two years, in part due to her increased management fees. If you are looking for a property manager, please look elsewhere. Lawsuits against property management companies can drive up your HOA dues, and it's better just to do your homework up front and find a competent, reliable company to start with. more
