Lost my job and we ended up becoming a single income family. Couldn't pay the condo bills for 6 months, including mortgage but did the modification. These people piled up bunch of fees and 6mont worth condo fees equaled $7000. Now they are threatening me with sheriffs sale. Whatever we did to come back out of the water wasn't enough for them.
