Review content:
In reading some of the four comments, I wonder how much of the anger comes from the people in not knowing exactly what the property managers role in managing the Association is. How many of you have read the contract between SUHRCO and your company? Are you angry because the property manager did not have the power to solve your problems as the properties Documents did not give that power to them? I find it helpful to know exactly what it is that the Property managment company is paid to do.
