Kenneth De M. handled our Subaru purchase via the Costco Program and did a great job! Reese accomplished the purchase via the Costco Program and did a great job! Reese accomplished the purchase paperwork without pushing ""extras"" and saved us some $ via the Subaru financing connection with a major bank. All in all, no pressure and very professional on the part of both. more

Picking up this leased vehicle was the first time I'd been to the dealership. Based on my positive experience it will probably not be the last as I will very seriously consider working with them on my next personal purchase. It was a night and day experience from prior impressions of the VW dealership in Albuquerque. If I'm to buy a VW product in the future, it will be in Santa Fe. more

Mario provided the best service 5/18/2012

Mario provided the best service experience I have ever had. He solved our oil system issues with our 05 Passat wagon. We will return to the VW center for all of our service needs. We have told all of our friends about the wonderful experience that we had with Mario and the VW service department. My fiance and I were driving from Santa Fe NM to Victor, NY for our wedding. Without the excellent service and knowledge of Mario and his team. We wouldnt have been able to make it to our wedding. We think VW is very lucky to have him as a part of the company and appreciate all that he has done for us. We have told him thank you several times as customers, maybe who ever reads this could thank him for being such and awesome co-worker. Please tell Mario once more thanks, from us. more
