I use this dealer for routine maintenence on my Honda Accord. The dealership seems to have high service counter staff turnover, so you are not able to develop a relationship. The waiting area is nice with complimentary refreshments on the show room floor. more

I can't recall exactly which question I responded ""no"" to . . . perhaps I should have used the ""not applicable"" choice for that question. Someone has left a message at my home phone. I appreciate you and your staff's concern, but please know that I haven't returned the call because there isn't an issue which requires resolution. At this point, I am very pleased with the maintenance service Premier has performed on my TDI, and I intend to visit you at 30K for my final free service. more

postive experience 4/13/2011

Picking up this leased vehicle was the first time I'd been to the dealership. Based on my postive experience it will probably not be the last as I will very seriously consider working with them on my next personal purchase. It was a night and day experience from prior impressions of the VW dealership in Albuquerque. If I'm to buy a VW product in the future, it will be in Santa Fe. more

Friendly & Professional 3/8/2011

Everybody was friendly and professional. The service manager took the time to explain what was being done to my car. I didn't feel like their demeanor was artificial or forced. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and providing excellent service. TDI takes a long time to service unfortunately, but it was done much quicker than I expected. more

My wife and I had been shopping for a dependable AWD car with a good track record. We had been around town and found an honest and knowledgeable salesman, Mike Lara, at Premier Auto. He introduced us to a 2010 Suburu Outback.......my wife loves it. This Suburu looks nothing like the typical prototype I was accustomed. We were impressed by this product, warranty, and the professional attitude of Premier Auto from Mike Lara to the finance department. They surely made this car purchase an enjoyable experience more

They ruined my credit. 6/20/2010

Yes. I am happy with the vehicle but, very upset with my purchase experience. I did not have the money, for a few days and the dealership did not have the body molding, that the vehicle needed. So, they said I could hold off in paying for it, until the molding was installed. They said a temporary check would do. This check did NOT have the money, for the truck. After I left, the dealer cashed the temporary check and then went on vacation! I found out about this, when I went to pay for the vehicle. My credit is now ruined, thanks to this! They never offered a rebate or the like. They kept saying that I was getting a great deal. I called around later and found that I got no deal at all. It was my first time buying a vehicle and they didn't even tell me about the sales tax! That came as a nice surprise later! Pros: I like the car. Cons: It'll cost more than you think. more

Stay far away... 9/10/2009

Too bad if you happen to be a woman, bec. if you are, you can expect to be treated like dirt. Consistently overpriced - way over MSRP., and they think that's just fine. Of course, it's fine for them, but not for consumers like us. Don't waste your time here. more
