We had the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. Deal was set by email and phone, and was exactly as agreed to when we got to meet Kenneth face to face. The car was just what we agreed to, and well prepared. The finance guy (Reese) was very pleasant to deal with (A first in my closing room experience) with no hard sell or double talk. His only sales pitch was that they didn't want to sell us just a car........They wanted us to come back and buy any future cars there as well. We arrived early for our appt, and were taken care of immediately. Entire deal, including car familiarization took an hour. Wow. If cars were cheaper, I would do it again, just because it was such a good experience. more

Doing well: Honest representation of Subaru strengths (eg. safety features.) These are positive selling points that we were less familiar with and that our sales rep pointed out (which increased our comfort that we were buying the right car.) more
