Service Technician Dennis W. arrived on time. He conducted the electrical inspection in a professional yet friendly manner. He found several GFCI issues that we were not aware of, and replaced an outside GFCI that was no longer working properly.
We had a burned out light bulb in the track lighting on the second floor hallway ceiling which is quite high, and it is difficult for us to get a ladder up the stairs. Dennis brought in his ladder and replaced the light.
We appreciated his time, knowledge, and expertise.
